Over recent days have been trying the 3 blends vary the quantity to obtain my optimum strength of the brew! The gold blend uses Assam and Kenya blend which gives a clear bright brew that suits my taste when adjusted with semi skimmed milk The caddy with hinge lid caddy , a tea scoop and the hinged top China teapot, make an enjoyable ritual , with a China cup and milk. With a meal or snack l have 3/4 tea cups including adding water to the brew, one full scoop is perfect for me. Finally I knock the leaves into a small container , to feed the roses later!
